Light Keeper

Light Keeper explores the poetics and politics of navigation through sound and light. Featuring a sound walk through Fort Canning Park and a light installation at the Fort Canning Lighthouse, the project extend the site's history of maritime and message encryption by transforming the park into a journey of discovery and exploration. Using a GPS-enabled app, visitors are guided to five sites in the park, immersing themselves in a sonic journey shaped by the artist's encounters with lighthouses, their keepers and crypto-linguists.
